How do I know if I’m making progress?
Progress is entirely personal and therefore we ask all clients to undertake a personal health profile which will provide an Imperative Health Action Score. This is our benchmark as the journey unfolds. You are also very likely to feel a number of side-benefits including increased energy, improved resilience to stress, better sleep patterns and a sense of achievement that it has been possible to change toward good habits for life.

How is my daily or weekly information uploaded to the Imperative Health site?
Keeping track of our efforts is important to motivation. The Imperative site provides your own online account to track key information – we suggest you bookmark this page when you subscribe to the service. Some information – such as weight, exercise etc is automatically uploaded to the website via a wireless connection between your armband and your PC. Other information is entered manually via your PC and typically includes calorie intake, habits etc. Both are simple and easy and take minutes to ensure you can concentrate on changing those important lifestyle factors.

What is the technology which allows the smart scales to communicate with my armband and my computer?
Bluetooth is a safe and commonly used wireless technology which will not interfere with any other technology you may be using in your house. Imperative will provide you with the necessary receiver to Bluetooth-enable your computer.
